- DRAFT B-2 Tooling Move PWS The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tooling, and personnel to transport all B-2 Specialized Tooling/Specialized Tooling Equipment (ST/STE) and storage shelving from the Freeport Center in Clearfield, UT to the Tooele Army Depot (TEAD) in Tooele, UT. Government personnel will ensure the Freeport Center facility is manned and accessable from 4:30 AM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday. TEAD (unloading) personnel will be available from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. The Government is trying for availability on Fridays as well. Completion of transportation of all requirements outlined in this PWS shall be completed no later than (NLT) 30 November 2016. Please refer to the DRAFT PWS that is attached for more information. The FINAL PWS will be attached to the upcoming solicitation. All information now is preliminary and is subject to change.
