- THIS IS AN AMENDED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR NON-COMMERCIAL SERVICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. 1. The purpose of this Amendment 1 for solicitation w56hzv-16-t-0097 is to make an adjustment to total man hours needed for the service being requested. 2. Solicitation w56hzv-16-t-0097 due date has been changed from May 2, 2016 to May 4, 2016 3. The performance work statement (PWS)has been updated as follows: A. Man hours needed from May 9th to May 26th has changed from 206 total man hours to 192 total man hours. B. Man hours needed from June 6th to June 165h has changed from 140 total man hours to 126 total man hours. C. Labor hours considered to be used as construction labor will range from 10 - 15% of the time spent on site.
