- Exhibit 4_Past Performance Quest. Exhibit 3_Final CDRLs Exhibit 2_Final PSpec Exhibit 1_Final Statement of Work (SOW) Final Request for Proposal (RFP) Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Product Manager for Combat Support Systems, has identified a future requirement for an Advance Battery Charger (ABC). The ABC is a lightweight, one person transportable, rugged, battery charger, designed to charge communication electronics and other weapon system batteries. It shall charge the current inventory of military/commercial batteries with the capability to be upgraded to charge new chemistries and form factors. It shall be capable of being powered from both AC and DC input power without causing any degradation to the battery or shortening the life of the battery. This is the FINAL Solicitation No. M67854-16-R-5009 for the Advanced Battery Charger. This Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335999 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees. It is requested that all questions regarding this solicitation be submitted by 13 May 2016, NLT 2pm EST to Stefanie Conway at stefanie.conway@usmc.mil. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. This effort shall be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. The Government anticipates a period of performance shall not exceed 60 months after the date of contract award with one (1) base period and four (4) ordering periods of 12 months each. Evaluation factors will be set forth in the forthcoming solicitation. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Information on registering in SAM via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current in SAM. Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://wawf.eb.mil/. Please see RFP attachments.
