- SF1449 The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for logging equipment and operators. All equipment and operators will be supporting the 2016 Golden Coyote Training exercise by loading Army National Guard logging trucks. These trucks will be loaded by the requested operators and equipment near Custer State Park, SD. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation or affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractors. Potential contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. Applicable NAICS 488999 - All Other Support Activities for Transportation, Size standard $7.5 million. This Requirement NOT all or none and may be awarded to a single vendor or multiple vendors, whichever provides the best value to the Government. *** All fluid and operational supplies, to include fuel, shall be provided by the contractor. RFQ solicitation response date is 10 May 2016.
