- Return Documents Drawings Solicitation - Big Stump Rock Crushing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The U.S. Forest Service, Umpqua NF, has a requirement to acquire services for the purpose of crushing and stockpiling aggregate. Some quarry and pit development shall be required. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation and operating supplies, required to complete the project. The project area is located in Douglas County on the Tiller Ranger District of the Umpqua National Forest. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on attached RFQ - Number AG-04N7-S-16-0029 The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-87. Note: Additional work details are outlined in the attached RFQ documents. Provision and Clauses: See attached RFQ document The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other non-price factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price. The non-price evaluation factors when combined are approximately equal in importance to price. Estimated Start work date is July 15, 2016. Contract time is 30 calendar days. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 115310. The size standard is $7.5 million. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system. Quote Due Date: Quotes shall be received by, May 23, 2016, at 4:30 pm local time. Quotes may be mailed to Rogue River-Siskiyou NF, Attn: AQM, 3040 Biddle Road Medford, Oregon 97504 or may be faxed to 541-618-2148.
