Description
This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6695-01-595-6571, Vibration Transducer, source controlled to Bell Helicopter Textron, CAGE 97499, DWG 901-375-876, Rev E, DTE 11 MAR 2011, P/N 901-375-876-105. The approved source is Meggitt (Orange County), Inc., CAGE 95411, part number CE570M602M2. Higher level quality control applies - ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent. Configuration Control applies. Export Control applies. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 108 each per base year and each option years. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available at CFolders. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 206 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Acquisition of this part is restricted to source(s) specified on the source control drawing. Alternate offers will not be accepted. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
