- LTC PROJECT for NSN 1620-00-305-1949, PR: 1000047527, NOMENCLATURE: Parts Kit, Landing G Item is used on F15 Eagle Aircraft. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is AMC/AMSC: 1G (Full and Open Competiton), 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Complete Technical DATA PKG/BIDSET CURRENTLY EXISTS. MIL-STD-130N(1) DATED 16 NOV 2012. IDENTIFICATION MARKING OF U.S. MILITARY PROPERTY 1. THE SAMPLING METHOD SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-STD-1916 OR ASQ H1331, TABLE 1 OR A COMPARABLE ZERO BASED SAMPLING PLAN UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE CONTRACT. 2. ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM DISCOVERED DURING INSPECTION MAY BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE ENTIRE CONTRACT QUANTITY. Item is a CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year Base period and four, one-year Option Periods. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 122 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 31 each for the Base Period only. The required production lead-time is 642 Days for production (after First Article Testing approval and evaluation). Duration of contract period is 60 months. Requirement is an 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement. Item, Export Control Applies, Higher Level Quality Assurance (Manufacturers) applies. First Article Testing - Government is required. Surge and Sustainment are NOT required. The end item is the Aircraft, Eagle F-15. PPIRS will be used as part of the evaluation process. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
