- RFI-FIN-16-042 and NonDisclosure Agreement The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), is releasing this request for information (RFI) in an effort to assist FinCEN in gathering information on companies that would meet FinCEN's need for formulating a methodology to research real estate deed and assemessment records to produce reports, graphs and field data (collectively "reports") containing information about real estate transactions in selected areas of the United States that exceed a specific dollar threshold.
