- Purchase description for on-line training program This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Quote (RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources that can provide an on-line training system to accommodate DCAA individual user accounts. Program will allow the ability to take courses from an exhaustive library on a variety of computers, PCs, tablets, and other mobile devices. The training system must be available 24/7 and accessible from desk top computers, laptop computers, tablets, and smart phones using all versions of Windows, Android, and IOS operating systems. All courses will be Information Technology (IT) related and include required IT certifications as well as How To videos for day to day management of IT systems. Courses offered must include exercises, and pre and post course tests. The results of these tests must be available to both the user and a designated training monitor for progress tracking. Tests may be retaken an unlimited number of times. The system must allow off-line viewing of course and exercise material and the downloaded material must be available and persistent for at least 30 days. See attached Purchase Description. The Government is seeking sources that are able to immediately supply this product. Please reference the RFI # in your response.
