- Schedule of Items_SPE30016R0030 Statement of Work_SPE30016R0030 1449 Package_SPE30016R0030 Solicitation SPE300-16-R-0030 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense ("DoD") customers in Kansas. The resultant contract will be issued as a fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from July 24, 2016 to July 20, 2019. Tier 1 will be from July 24, 2016 to July 21, 2018. Tier 2 will be July 22, 2018 to July 20, 2019. The solicitation contains one (1) group: Group I: Fort Leavenworth, Kansas Solicitation closing date is 02 June 2016, 3:00 p.m. ET. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com.
