- Attachment 1-Price Table Solicitation W91YTZ-16-T-0171 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional), US Army Health Contracting Activity (Provisional), US Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards for services to be performed at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Building 851 Fort Knox, Kentucky 40121. The ordering period will be from 1 June 2016 through 31May 2021 See attached solicitation and attachment 1 for detailed information
