Advertisement Description <img src="file:///C:/Temp/1/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.jpg" alt="GSA%20Logo%202" hspace="12" width="65" height="65" align="left" /> GSA Public Buildings Service TITLE: U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related space in Erie, PA SOLICITATION NO: 16-Reg 3 NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X – Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531120 -- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: PA City: Erie Delineated Area: Start at the intersection of state street and route 5, head east on route 5 to wallace street, north on wallace street to east front street, west on east front street to holland street, south on holland street to 2nd street, west on 2nd street to french street, south on french street to east 3rd street, west on east 3rd street to peach street, north on peach street to w. 2nd street, west on w 2nd street, to sassafras street, north on sassafras street to w. front street, west on w. front street to walnut street, south on walnut street to route 5, east on route 5 back to the intersection of state street and route 5 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 2,200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Secured): 2 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg 3. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the “Register to Offer Space” link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the “HELP” tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the ”Open Period,” which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. The next two Open Periods is May 1, 2016 to May 7, 2016 and June 1, 2016 to June 7, 2016 ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg 3 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
