- This is a Request for Proposal for the Non-Fire Resistant Combat Shirt. Proposals are are now due 11 May 2016 @ 12:00 p.m. CST. The due date was pushed back as our contract writing system is currently under construction, the official amendment cannot be completed until it is operable. The amendment will follow as soon as the system is up again. Proposals received after this date will not be considered. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted.
