- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Lee, Virginia is issuing this soures sought synopsis as part of market survey in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify parties capable of providing the following: The CASCOM Sustainment Battle Lab conducts constructive simulation experimentation using the Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) in order to emulate sustainment operations (supply, medical, maintenance, transportation, Mortuary Affairs, and personnel replacements) as a federate within the TRADOC Battle lab Collaborative Simulation Environment (BLCSE) federation. JDLM modeling and simulation technician must be able to work independently and with little to no supervision, load and configure JDLM Software and updates, build JDLM software for integration with federation constructive simulation maneuver driver model (OneSAF) and while operating in a Stand-Alone mode. Participate in technical integration test events conducted by ARCIC, Joint Army Modeling and Simulation Directorate and perform periodic JDLM software changes in order to maintain interoperability with BLCSE federation FOM file updates.
