- Price Template and Salient Characteristics SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number, LCCRS16Q0026, is issued as an unrestricted Request For Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87-2/04-06-2016. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The applicable Product Service Code is 7025 Information Technology Input/Output and Storage Devices. This solicitation includes information for the anticipated single-award contract. Refer to the attached document for applicable provisions and clauses, to include Section L, Instructions to Offerors, and Section M, evaluation factors for award. Library of Congress incorporates deviations from 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 that are also included in the attached document.
