- NSN 1630-01-114-9760, PR 61116283 solicitation SPE4A7-16-R-1514; Item: Disc, brake for UH-60A helicopter. Approved sources Meggitt Aircraft Braking System (0B9R9), P/N: 5003973, National Machine Co. (6L817), P/N: 5003973, and Parker-Hannifin (33269), P/N: 159-02000. This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 1,112 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewers. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) applies as well. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation applies. The Delivery Objective is 60 days for the Contractor First Article Completed, 30 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contractor and 305 delivery of Production Quantity. The requested total delivery would be 395 days or best possible. The Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Terms are stipulated for production delivery as FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Surge is not required. TINA is not required based on dollar threshold. Progress Payment is not authorized.
