- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of supply. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources of supply for the following items: CLIN 0001 MPC Products Corporation P/N: 54E-1200-802H DESCRIPTION: Brake Motor, per Army drawing # 11442185 For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335312 Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1250 employees. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mrs. Jennifer Elliott, jennifer.l.elliott10.civ@mail.mil by 13 May 2016, 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) and FSC codes your company usually performs under Government contracts (4) GSA contract number if applicable (5) Indicate whether you are a manufacturer or distributor of the items. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
