- NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE-SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award a single-source BPA Call to Compusearch Software Systems, Inc. to upgrade ESC PRISM. The modifications, implementation, and maintenance will allow ESC PRISM to be compliant with future FAR and GAO reporting requirements. This procurement is single-source due to proprietary software rights. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures.
