- This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a Request for Proposals (RFP). DLA Troop Support is NOT requesting a quote or proposal in response to this notice. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DLA Troop Support for any purpose. The Government does not intend to pay for information furnished pursuant to this RFI. The purpose for this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement. For the purpose of this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333413 - and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. DLA Troop Support seeks your expression of interest and any suggestion regarding DLA Troop Support's desire to establish supply support of a: HOUSING, CENTRIFUGAL FAN (NSN 4140-01-346-5350) Procurement Item Description Text: NSN: 4140-01-346-5350 HOUSING, CENTRIFUGAL FAN WHEN THE PURCHASE ORDER TEXT (POT) DESCRIBES THE REQUIRED PRODUCT(S) BY NAME AND PART NUMBER OF A SPECIFIC ENTITY, BY THE NAMES AND PART NUMBERS OF A NUMBER OF SPECIFIC ENTITIES, OR BY THE NAME(S) AND PART NUMBER(S) OF SPECIFIC ENTITY/ENTITIES AS MODIFIED BY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE POT ONLY THAT/THOSE PRODUCT(S) HAVE BEEN DETERMINED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE GOVERNMENT AND ARE ACCEPTABLE.
