- AG-94TZ-S-16-0056 Notice of 100% Set-Aside Small Business Concerns TUSAYAN RANGER DISTRICT, RED BUTTE LOOKOUT TOWER, ROOF REPLACEMENT AND NEW TOILET INSTALLATION: This project consists of conducting lead based paint and asbestos testing, removal and replacement of metal roof, providing and installing a new toilet building, providing and installing a photovoltaic system, and extending new propane lines and connecting to existing propane distribution system. Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and all accessories to complete the work. Project Location: Red Butte Lookout Tower - This location is approximately 46 miles north of Williams, AZ. There is no vehicle access to the mountaintop. There are two trails available from the north and southwest sides of the mountaintop. Coordinates for the Red Butte Fire lookout tower site are N35°49.230'W 112°05.328', and elevation is approximately 7,326 feet. Estimated project start date is October 1, 2016. Solicitation will be issued on or about May 17, 2016. Quotes are due June 7, 2016. Alternate Payment Protection is required. Price range is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NAICS Code 237990 applies. Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 million. Project is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
