- The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) is seeking information before the purchase of 300 fitness Trackers, 50 replacement bands and 5 traveling cases. Information requested is: Company Name, socio economic status for the requested NAICS 339920, type of products available, and any other information useful to the Government in developing its acquisition strategy. Please respond to Jodi Zolynski via email by the suspense date posted. Specifications: a. Quantity Requested (1) 200 fitness trackers (2) 50 replacement bands (3) 5 Kits (traveling cases b. Overall Specifications (1) Fitness trackers need to evaluate the fitness levels of individual. These will be issued to Soldiers struggling with the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). (2) Must be a wearable device to track fitness capabilities. (3) 3D Motion Capture, must be composed of 3 sensors to form a 9- axis motion sensing system. (4) Ability to pair with software inherent in smart phone capabilities to reconstruct movements in 3D and provide analytics to promote improvement and prevent injury. The software in the fitness tracker must be able to pair with iOS and Android devices through a mobile Application. (5) The device must be interactive and have the ability to give feedback during fitness, both visual and audio. (6) Traveling cases to be provided for distribution. These will be used in 5 kits, 60 fitness trackers per kit with 10 additional bands in each. i. The Cases need to be hard sided with the ability to be locked. The cases must be crush and dustproof. ii. The overall dimensions 24.39" X 19.36" X 8.79". iii. Must have foam in the cases that allows for creating specific areas for the bands. iv. The RRB requires them to be black in color.
