Description
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research conducted by the Missouri National Guard to identify potential Weather Monitoring Contractors, and if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541990 which maintains a corresponding Size Standard of $15,000,000.00 in annual revenues. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the Missouri National Guard is seeking sources to provide aviation weather monitoring services with equipment as follows: Scope of Work: Provide real time or near real time aviation weather reporting using a standalone independent weather station of existing MOARNG internal network. The following locations that the service will be provided is as follows: 1. AAFA #1, 2501 Lester Jones Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803 2. AASF #1, 1150 Arnold Avenue, Building 1720, Whiteman AFB, MO 65305 3. S&S Training Site, 1225 Cooper Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101 4. AASF #2, 1255 Artillery Circle, Building 5012, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473 Deliverables: Overview - The Army Aviation Support Facilities require continued aviation weather service for flight planning based on the following requirements: 1. Real-time weather service/aviation centric. 2. Real-time updates to electronic interfaces. 3. Continuous service on hardware/software that is provided by customer to include internet/satellite service, computer base station and a method of relaying aviation weather to a visual platform (i.e. television or an electronic interface.) Computer equipment must be able to have battery back-up power in case of a power outage. 4. Stand alone internet/satellite service to provide aviation weather reporting capability. 5. Aviation Weather must include the ability to retrieve at a minimum METARS, TAFS, WINDS ALOFT, FREEZING LEVELS, AIR/PIREPS, SIGMETS, NOTAMS, TURBULENCE REPORTS, and REAL TIME RADAR. 6. One year of service, no option years at this time. 7. Computer Requirements are at a minimum of Windows Based, 64-Bit Operating System, and USB 2.0/3.0 port capability to include HDMI capability.
