Description

The Indian Health Service, Bemidji Minnesota has issued a contract using other than full and open competition for the following services: Telephone Service. VENDOR: Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink 4250 N Fairfax Drive Arlington, VA 22203 Dun & Bradstreet: 178617031 Qwest Corporation is the only responsible vendor capable of serving the Indian Health Service Bemidji Area Office. Award to any other source would create substantial duplication of effort that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Period of Performance: 04/22/2016 to 04/21/2017 Approximate Annual Cost: $6,500.00 Prospective vendors may submit a notice of interest and capabilities in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action upon receipt of any responses shall be within the sole discretion of the Government.
