Proposals may be emailed to Brian Monahan at Brian.Monahan.3@us.af.mil. Please be sure that your proposal is signed on Standard Form 1442 Box 30B with your name in Box 30A and date in Box 30C. You should also fill out the "Acknowledgment of Amendments" in Box 19, write name and title of person authorized to sign in Box 20A, sign your name in Box 20B and date your acknowledgment of amendments in Box 20B.
