- Pre-Solicitation Notice Tractor Lease Fort Gibson Lake, Oklahoma W912BV-16-T-0116 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV-16-T-0116 to perform a farm type tractor lease for Fort Gibson Lake, Oklahoma. Contractor is to provide one (1) John Deere 5085M Tractor or equivalent with an installed front end loader, materials bucket, and pallet fork. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333111, the FSC is W024, the SIC is 3523, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 1,250 employees or smaller.. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a base period and four (4) option periods to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Feb Biz Opps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the contractors' responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. Issue date is on or about 5/5/2016. Quote is anticipated to be due on or about 5/25/2016. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov. Award is anticipated to be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror who can deliver the tractor within 30 days of award. Award is anticipated to be completed within five days of close of solicitation. Any questions and inquiries related to this solicitation shall be submitted through Bidder's Inquiry only.
