- Gate Attendant Services Cottonwood Point Shift A - Marion Lake, KS. This Acquisition shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside requirement. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-16-T-0117 to provide Gate Attendant Services to Cottonwood Point Shift A - Marion Lake, KS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 721211, a Classification Code of M1PA, and a business size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. The contract will consist of a base period of 12 months and two 12 month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. The solicitation will be issued on or about 4 May 2016. Quotations are anticipated to be due on 9 May 2016. Contractors must be registered and current with the System for Award Management (SAM) website formerly known as Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award.
