- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Solicitation Number is TIRNO-16-Q-00153 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to 2005-87. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The delivery date is June 01, 2016. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. In order to be considered for award, the quote must be determined to be technically acceptable. Offerors providing the required brand name support will be considered technically acceptable. Criteria under the LPTA process are judged on a pass-fail basis only. No other rating or qualitative value will be assigned. Price shall be evaluated only on quotes deemed technical acceptable. Quote submittal must, at a minimum show: (1) Solicitation number (2) price (3) Name, address, and telephone number of offeror, (4) Taxpayer Identification Number, (5) CAGE Code, (6) DUNS Number (7) Expiration date of quote, (8) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3, and (9) completed provision and clauses.
