ITO Attachment 1.2 - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Sample Project Statement of Work (SOW) - Mountain View Utilities Past Performance Information Tool (PPIT) ITO Attachment 1.7 - AF3052 ITO Attachment 1.6 - Bid Schedule ITO Attachment 1.5 - Client Authorization Letter ITO Attachment 1.4 - Consent Letter ITO Attachment 1.3 - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Letter ITO Attachment 1.1 - Past Performance Information Tool (PPIT) Instructions ITO Attachment 1.0 - Proposed Team List E-MACC RFP FINAL SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS THE FORMAL SOLICITATION NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 5.204 The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale Air Force Base, California, is planning to contract with firms to perform a variety of projects including, but not limited to construction, repair, replacement, and installation of various electrical distribution components including overhead, underground, and facilities electrical distribution systems under an Electrical Multiple Award Construction Contract (E-MACC) at Beale Air Force Base, California, and satellite locations. Source selection procedures will be followed as prescribed in FAR Part 15 and FAR Supplements. The contracts are contemplated to be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) pricing arrangements. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone entities, and Small Businesses under the assigned NAICS codes 237130 with a size standard of $36.5 million, prior to the closing date of the solicitation. This requirement consists of approximately four (4) awards and will have a ceiling of $48 million. The Government reserves the right to make fewer, more or no contracts based on the quality and quantity of the proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Terms of contract(s) include a five year ordering period. The PPI Tool is attached so that you may be able to download the tool to your computer to see how it works. Please see ITO Attachment 1.1 for the PPI Tool instructions. Also, please be mindful that versions are occasionally updated, therefore you must use the PPI Tool that is posted with this Request for Proposal. Response to this RFP is voluntary. There is no entitlement for payment by the Government of any direct or indirect costs or charges that arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFP notice. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. No hard copies of this solicitation will be issued. All proposals must be received by the due date and time specified in the RFP. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the RFP for the actual issuance date, proposal due date/time, and delivery address. Any email not meeting this requirement may not be considered or replied to. The RFP, will only be available on the Internet at FedBizOpps.gov. As such, it is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any additional information. All information provided will become the property of the United States Air Force and will be kept as confidential information. A site visit has been scheduled for 11 May 2016, 8:30am PDT. Participants will meet at the 9th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 2529, 6500 B St., Beale AFB, CA 95903. Potential offerors shall submit the full names, dates of birth, and Driver's License numbers (including state of issuance) of all attendees (not to exceed three) to Kenley Lott via email at kenley.lott@us.af.mil prior to 09 May 2016 at 10:00am PDT. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the Kenley Lott via email not later than 13 May 2016 at 3:30pm PDT.
