Description

SELF CERTIFYING DOCUMENT RFQ DOCUMENT ***Shall read RFQ Document*** The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to procure an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) for the office located in Helena, Montana. Please see the RFQ for a list of item specifications. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code for this requirement is 441228 with a size standard (in millions of dollars) of $32.5. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price, technically acceptable. All vendors shall be signed up and have an active DUNS number in SAM.GOV to quote. There will be a single award for all items. All quotes shall be firm fixed price. Quoted product shall meet all the required specifications in the RFQ to be considered for award. Failure to do so will result in the vendor's quote being considered not technically acceptable. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. Purchase cards and Purchase Orders shall be accepted for purchases. Delivery shall be performed within 30 days or less. This Request for Quote falls under FAR Part 12 & 13. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FILL OUT THE SELF CERTIFYING DOCUMENT (ATTACHMENT NO. 1) AND THE ITEM SPEC PAGE IF APPLICABLE. If a vendor does not submit ALL required documents they will be considered nonresponsive to the RFQ.
