- NSN 3110-00-816-6592, Bearing, Ball, Annular. The item description contains IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 19207 10885429, REVISION NR D DTD 05/07/2002, PART PIECE NUMBER: 10885429. Contractor First Article Test. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Setaside. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 149 days after receipt of order (After First Article Approval. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The IDPO contains 3-year base plus 2 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 127 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation closing date is May 16, 2015. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). DIBBS offers are unacceptable.
