- This acquisition is being authorized under PR: 63132952 for 59 EA of NSN: 1270-01-193-8807 (Combiner Assmebly). This item is AMC/AMSC coded as 3/R with one approved source listed as Qioptiq LTD (CAGE: K6111) P/N: 059476. This item is a Critical Application Item. The acquisition will be solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin, FOB is at Destination, First Destination Transportation does not apply. Ship to stock location is Hill AFB, UT. Standard military packing and marking are required. Delivery is requested as 240 Days ARO. The estimated solicitation open date is 5/25/16, with tentative closing date of 6/24/16. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
