Safety and Environmental Questionairre Revised Section M Revised Section L Amendment No. 2 RFI Responses Revised RFPHB160001 UPDATED MAY 6, 2016 WITH AMENDMENT NO. 2 INFO BELOW: Amendment No. 2 dated May 6, 2016 provides the following: 1. Answers select RFI questions, with remaining RFIs to be answered in future amendment to be posted within a week. 2. Issues Revised Section L&M. 3. Issues Revised RFPHB160001 with clause corrections/revisions 4. An additional site visit will be provided on Friday, May 13th at 10am. The site walk will commence at the 24-hour entrance of the Longworth Building on South Capitol Street between Independence Ave and C Street for visual inspection purposes only. Government personnel will not provide answers or clarifications for the contract, as the RFI cut off date has passed. Please contact the Contracting Officer at falghuss@aoc.gov if you want to attend. Prior notice is required so we can accomodate. 5. Extends the Proposal due date to Friday June 3, 2016 at 5PM.
