- AMENDMENT 0002 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO EXTEND THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TO RESPOND TO OFFEROR QUESTIONS. ATTACHED BELOW IS AMENDMENT 0002 AND REVISIONS TO THE RFP DTFACT-16-R-00004, ATTACHMENT J-1, AND ATTACHMENT J-6. ********************************************************** AMENDMENT 0001 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO EXTEND THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE. SEE ATTACHMENT BELOW FOR AMENDMENT 0001. ********************************************************** The FAA requires contractor support of a centralized operation responsible for monitoring, detection, and tracking information security incidents, conducting sensor data analysis, and providing proactive and responsive corrective action capability. This procurement will be a best value competition utilizing trade-off procedures. The FAA plans to award a Time and Material (T&M), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance not to exceed (60) months. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the effort is 541513 (Computer Facilities Management Services). This Screening Information Request (SIR) is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this (SIR). Questions are due to the Contracting Officer (CO) as stated in Section L.1 of the SIR by April 20, 2016 by 2:00 pm ET. Written requests for clarification may be sent to the CO by electronic mail (email) at lori.bishop@faa.gov. Proposals are due May 10, 2016 by 2:00 pm ET. SIR No. DTFACT-16-R-00004 is attached below along with Section J attachments.
