- Description
- Provide all and singular Design and Construction services under this contract including surveys; excavations; concrete testing; and any other tests required for complete Fence Replacement project. Obtain all necessary permits. Provide all required services, materials, products, supervision, site visits, and quality control inspections. The Work includes removing existing concrete, and chain link fences; and providing new Metal Picket Fences (MPF) and new Chain Link Fences (CLF). The 14th ContractringSquadron, Columbus AFB, MS, intends to issue a solicitation on or about 13 June, 2016 for a 100% small business set aside contract effort at Columbus AFB, MS. The NAICS code applicable to this solicitation is 238990, size standard $15M. The period of performance will be 90 days after award of contract. This notice is not a request for quotes. the intent of this notice is to notify industry that the Government requirement will be posted in the near future. This solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. all solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. potential offerers are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. to be eligible for contract award, offerers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM website at ( https://www.sam.gov ). Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications via the SAM website. all prospective offerers interested in submitting a quote must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code). This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contact, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
