Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for the FY17-21 Accomplishment of the USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN 73) Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH). The CVN 73 RCOH Accomplishment will encompass the refueling, overhaul, alteration, repair, and modernization of the CVN 73. The requirements will be solicited from Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607. This requirement will be procured, without full and open competition, from the only qualified source capable of performing a RCOH on a large deck nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.
