Description

SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 621511 - Medical Laboratories. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO and/or ebuy. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: This Source Sought is to seek potential Contractor(s) to provide a full range of Reference Laboratory Testing and Services for Veterans Integrated Healthcare Service Network (VISN) 22 medical centers, outpatient clinics, and community based outpatient clinics (CBOC). The contract effective period shall be for a one (1) year base period with the Government's option to exercise four (4) one-year renewal periods.
