Description

RFP The Smithsonian Institution intends to award a firm fixed-price multi-year construction contract to the successful Contractor/Offeror for exterior repairs and improvements. The successful Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment needed for Roof Repairs and Improvements at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American History (NMAH) located at 14th Street & Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001, as set forth in the following documents: 1.NMAH Roof Repairs and Improvements, Smithsonian Facilities Project No. 1303101 a.Drawings, dated February 10, 2016: 1)Sheets l through 55 b.Specifications, dated February 10, 2016: 1)Pages 1 through 712 Proposals are due June 3, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. EST.
