Description

This is a notice for intent to sole source the award of a contract to American Surgical Instrument Repair LLC to provide medical instrument repair services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. This acquisition is being made under the statutory authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127 and 8128, Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (PL) 109-461 and VAAR 819.7007, which allows the VA to make a sole source award to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. No response to this notice is required. The potential contractor is a verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business through the Center for Verification and Evaluation at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/.
