- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation on or about 13 May 16 for a firm-fixed price contract for two each Invivo Expression MRI Patient Monitors Model MR400, brand name or equal, with IP5 Information portal and accessories, and shall include the following salient characteristics: Shall include capabilities to monitor ECG, SpO2, IBP, NIBP, CO2 for both critical pediatric neonates and adults. Shall include wireless communications between measurement modules for SpO2 and ECG monitoring to minimize number of wires around patient undergoing MRI examination. Shall have data communications between scan room devices and outside control room display shall be wireless. In room devices shall be able to operate up to 5,000 Gauss magnetic field strength. Complete range of Single -use disposable accessories to monitor ECG, SpO2, IBP, NIBP, CO2 for pediatric neonates and adults shall be available. This will be 100% set aside for Small, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113, and the size standard is 750 employees, and the successful vendor must be registered in the SAM with this NAICS code. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued, and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
