- Solicitation N00421-16-T-0312 Close Date: May 19, 2016 at 5:00 PM (EST) Solicitation N00421-16-T-0312 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for Artec Ava Handheld 3D Scanning System and Polyworks Modeler & Inspector w/NURBS Software Upgrades in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. Preference will be given to Small Businesses. ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
