- Amendment No.: 02 Travis Air Force Base (AFB) - Aircraft Parking Ramp Project In accordance with the FAR 36.204(g), the magnitude disclosure of this construction project is identfied within the Solicitation. This proposed contract action will be conducted using FSC Code: Y1LB and North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. Any and all questions shall be submitted in writing as indicated in the solicitation. ONCE AGAIN: ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS/INQUIRIES SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AS INDICATED IN THE SOLICITATION. For expectation management's sake, neither voicemail nor email inquiries will be responded to. The site visit/pre-proposal conference date, time and location is identified in the solicitation attachment. The only PLAN-HOLDER'S/BIDDER'S LIST now available is via FedBizOpps. When viewing the Synopsis/Pre-solicitation Notice, you will click on the 'ADD ME TO INTERESTED VENDORS' to enter your information. This function does not, however, allow you to identify yourself as a Prime or Sub. It is recommended that you identify your category in parentheses at either the beginning or end of your company name. For example: XYZ Construction (Prime/Sub).
