- The purpose of this announcement is to alert potential contractors that the Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for 3.10 Field Service Mangers (FSM). An Industry Day for this requirement will be held on May 12, 2016 at General Services Administration (GSA) Martin Luther King Bldg, 77 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, GA 30303, Time: 10am-12pm. The Industry Day will be followed by a Small Business match making session. The FSM contractors provide property maintenance and preservation services consisting of but not limited to inspecting and securing the properties, performing cosmetic enhancements and providing on going maintenance.
