- The purpose of this FedBizOpps amendment is to provide clarification on answers provided via Solicitation W91RUS-16-R-0002 AMD 0008. Please note - the suspense for questions on the Solicitation has NOT been extended and remains at 20 January 2016; the suspense for proposals has NOT been extended and remains at 27 May 2016. The clarifications to the answers provided in AMD 0008 of W91RUS-16-R-0002 are as follows: - The 400TB storage requirement is usable capacity (not raw); - The intent is for industry to provide the solution for cloud. The Government will be responsible for operating, maintaining and providing the cloud/self-service portal capabilities to internal Army customers.
