- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 22310 has a requirement (16-Q-0027) for the materials and services outlined in attached RFQ and PWS for Avaya Telephony System. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the Avaya provider for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Avaya is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. ***Please See Attached Specifications in PWS.*** This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Avaya equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible small businesses with the capability to provide the products and services requested, and a contract will result from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Kristen Rosenstrom, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, 05/12/2016.
