- Questions and Answers - NVRS Industry Day Amendment 000001 Solicitation Number: DOL-OWCP-DFEC-FY16-NVRS-Procurement The purpose of Amendment 000001 of Solicitation Number "DOL-OWCP-DFEC-FY16-NVRS-Procurement" is to: 1. Attach / upload the "Questions and Answers" submitted for the Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (NVRS) Industry Day. INDUSTRY DAY - Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (NVRS) LOCATION: United States Department of Labor (DOL) Frances Perkins Building DATE: February 02, 2016 TIME: 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. The United States Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Workers' Compensation (OWCP), Division of Federal Employees' Compensation (DFEC) is hosting an Industry Day on February 02, 2016 to introduce an upcoming requirement for Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Services (NVRS). The Industry Day will provide an overview of the OWCP DFEC Continuation of Pay Nurse, Field Nurse, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Program requirements. Please advise the Contracting Officer, Ms. Erica S. Nemmers at: Nemmers.Erica.S@dol.gov, and the Contract Specialist, James Johnson at: johnson.james.m@dol.gov of your plan to attend the Industry Day no later than January 28, 2016 at 12:00PM EST. Additionally, please respond to the questions provided in the attached document titled: "Industry Day Questions - NVRS Procurement". All Industry Day attendees may submit answers to the questions via computer disk or other readable electronic media. Answers may also be provided to the Government point of contact via e-mail prior to the Industry Day. Attending the Industry Day is not mandatory and is open to the entire Vendor community. Interested Vendors who cannot attend the Industry Day are instructed to provide answers to the attached questions to the Government point of contact via e-mail by February 02, 2016 at 5:00 PM EST. The Industry Day Event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m. at the United States Department of Labor Frances Perkins Building, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Room C-5320 (Conference Room 6), Washington, DC 20210. ONLY THREE (3) PERSONNEL PER COMPANY MAY ATTEND THE INDUSTRY DAY. Please ensure you bring your official Government picture identification to present to Security to gain entry into the building. In-processing begins for all Vendors at the main entrance for the Department of Labor located at: 200 Constitution Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20210. Parking will not be provided for the Industry Day. Therefore, please allow extra commuting time. The Government highly encourages the utilization of public transportation for the Industry Day.
