- Network 10 Contracting Office will be soliciting offers for hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste transportation, treatment and disposal services, lab pack services, emergency spill response services, highly hazardous chemical transportation and disposal services, waste drums and other consumable item collection and disposal services and an online web compliance / management program in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations. Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, analysis, travel, transportation, documentation, waste treatment, disposal and support services required to categorize, package, transport, document and dispose of hazardous and universal wastes from the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis IN, 46202. Request for Quote (VA-251-16-Q-0229) will be issued on or around May 9, 2016. Anticipated award date is July 1, 2016 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within seven calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation or three calendar days after the pre-proposal site visit. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562211. The size standard is $38.5 million.
