- THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE, BUT RATHER A SOURCES SOUGHT (Reference number W36N326102K209) that will allow the Government to identify interested sources capable of meeting the requirement. The information sought herein is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for quote (RFQ), Request for proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or as an obligation or commitment on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. There shall be no basis for claims against the Government as a result of information submitted in response to the Sources Sought. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought, or otherwise pay for any information submitted by respondents to this request. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not indicative of a full requirement. The US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), in support of the Special Forces Underwater Operations School, has a requirement to procure the following Ultra Viloet Filter Sanitation System: Any proposed system/item must meet or exceed the following specifications: 1. Ultra Violet Sanitation System: • Ultra Violet Sanitation System (50m Pool) -12" pipe, 480 Volts -Polished 12" 316 stainless steel UV reaction chamber with flanged connections, 20" long, 160 lbs -Automatic wiper system to assure output and assure long quartz sleeve life -Includes ECF-A-30 control panel equipped with over-voltage protection, UV monitoring and continuous dose, flow, current, and temperature display -480V 60 HZ power, 250 lbs, 24"Wx40"Hx12"D -6KW output • 1680 GPM @ 60MJ intensity level, calculated -validated at 40MJ/cm2 per USEPA/DOH guidelines at 2046 GPM -Control panel is intended for indoor use • GL ETS audible alarm • Strainer for 12" flange, ECF-230/233/430-12 (GL ATGW7101900) • UV pre-installation equipment inspection, bulb installation, and termination chamber wiring within ETS UV Panel 2. Installation: • Install UV light assembly and replumb to existing pool equipment -Flange hardware for installation will be changed to nylon/fiberglass where possible -SIGNET 8" PVC saddle/adapter (N80 PV8S080) -Paddlewheel lo flow sensor 5-8" • Pressure transducer w 50' cable • BECSys Loop power board: SPARE-5YR • CP-1 free Cl sensor w/flow cell assy-1 YR • BECSys5 standard input PCB for CP-1 Cl sensor: Swap -5yr -installation and factory start-up of treatment equipment Documentation provided must address all required elements listed herein; providing only a reference to a website is unacceptable for purposes of this announcement and will not be considered or reviewed. All proprietary or corporate data received shall be clearly identified and shall be protected from release to sources outside the Government. Please do not submit classified material. Contractors interested in performing these services should be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Contractors responding to this Sources Sought are asked to provide the following information: Company's full name and address, DUNS number, the applicable GSA contract # and SIN, applicable North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) and business size (whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, woman-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, historically black college or university and/or minority service institute), address, and a point of contact. Please also advise the Government of pending changes in the business size status. In addition, respondents shall provide average annual revenues for the past 3 years and number of employees; affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners; and additional documentation such as company literature and brochures. Responses shall be submitted electronically via email to katrina.grimes@soc.mil. Failure to respond to this request for information does not preclude participation in any future associated request for quotations that may be issued. Respondents will not be notified of the results.
