Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Detention, Compliance & Removals (DCR) division intends to solicit, negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The intended award is to Hudson River Park Trust, 353 West St. Suite 201., New York, NY 10014-3674 to acquire parking spaces for the agency. The requirements for the parking space are as follows: Parking space must be within walking distance, less than.25 miles, from the office located at 201 Varick Street. New York, NY 10014. Must be able to accommodate oversized vehicles which include 22 12-passenger vans, 12 SUVs, 2 mini-vans, and 2 sedans. Space must be able to accommodate limited access to federal law enforcement vehicles only, not comingled in common area. The facility must be indoor, secure (permit in & out access), have 24/7 accessibility, ability to track the entry and exit of vehicles (exit swipe card access), and have security cameras. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; it is for informational purposes only. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
