- ERDAS LICENSE MAINTENANCE RENEWAL The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) I Eastern Geographic Science Center intends to make a non-competitive award to Inter graph Government Services, located in Norcross, Georgia, for ERDAS license renewal and maintenance from 10/01/2016 to 09/30/2017 plus 4 option years. There are four option periods: Option Period 1: 10/01/2017 ¿ 09/30/2018 Option Period 2: 10/01/2018 ¿ 09/30/2019 Option period 3: 10/01/2019 ¿ 09/30/2020 Option period 4: 10/01/2020 ¿ 09/30/2021 Intergraph is the sole proprietor of the ERDAS suite of products and support for those products; no other vendor is authorized to provide this service Applications and standardized procedures that rely on ERDAS software and its associated maintenance are used to produce and maintain the National Land Cover Database, one of the core Land Change Science activities in the Climate and Land Change Mission Area. These applications and procedures have been developed and enhanced from year to year by the USGS EROS Center and its collaborators and contractors using ERDAS IMAGINE In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to hnair@usgs.gov. The anticipated NAICS code is 511210. The size standard is $38.50. The anticipated award date of the contract is 05/20/2016. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
