- The purpose of Amendment 1 is to provide anwsers to industry questions: Q. 1---FAR 52.212-1 states that bids may be submitted on SF 1449 letterhead stationary which is what was used on the previous solicitation. I have found the form online but it is blank and the previous solicitation was sent in pre-printed with all of the necessary information filled in. Is there a way for me to access the form with all of the information completed or can I fill all of the solicitation information in myself?. Response: Please provide any pricing information on Attachment 1- of the solicitation. The total estimate amount can be written on Page 2 of the solicitation as well as the CMR cost. Q-2--The solicitation requires that samples of all items are to be submitted. Are those samples to be sent to your office or to the Contracting Officer at the Hospital? Response: Response: The samples of all textiles to be provided by contract should be forwarded to Ireland Army Community Hospital, Building 851, Room NBD-08, ATTN Randy Mize, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5520. Q-3-The date for submission is stated but there is no particular time specified. Please let me know if the submission must be received by your office by a specified time. Response: The due time is 12Pm EST.
